For the offices of Bindella Immobilien AG in Zurich, teo jakob developed a furnishing concept in 2021 with a distinctive architectural expression. Carefully selected furniture and flexible shelving systems create a functional workplace with a strong visual identity.

For Bindella Immobilien AG in Zurich, teo jakob realised a furnishing concept in 2021 that deliberately moves away from conventional office design. Developed in collaboration with Andrin Schweizer Company, the project combines functionality, organisation and a clear architectural language. Combined with carefully coordinated materials and selected furnishings, the concept reflects the company’s high design standards while supporting the everyday needs of a contemporary working environment.

At the centre of the concept is the «Egal» shelving system by Nils Holger Moormann, whose individually configurable sides and compartments allow for highly flexible use. The graphic interplay of horizontal and vertical lines defines the character of the space and gives the interior a precise visual structure.
