The used USM furniture originates from previous teo jakob projects. The elements are dismantled, checked and re-assembled. For example, as storage, a room divider, library or reception solution. The refurbished USM pre-owned modules, supplemented with original parts where necessary, integrate seamlessly into new working and living environments and complement both existing and new furnishing concepts.

All furniture comes exclusively from teo jakob projects, and its origin is documented. Each piece is cleaned, reconditioned, fitted with original parts, certified and comes with a warranty. A clear difference compared to anonymous second-hand offerings. This creates reliable access to certified pre-owned USM Haller furniture in Switzerland.

Second Cycle is part of the furnishing consultancy and interior architecture division. USM second-hand furniture is integrated into comprehensive design concepts and co-ordinated with new furniture, textiles, lighting, acoustics and surfaces. The implementation includes planning, 3D visualisations, as well as deliveries and assembly via our own logistics centres.

Companies combine classic typologies such as storage, archiving or room dividers with USM Second Hand and apply them to contemporary requirements. For example, technologically advanced room-in-room systems such as Mute or modern lighting solutions for new furniture. This creates sustainable and meticulously cost-efficient working environments, in which used and new furniture blend seamlessly.

In the Geneva-Carouge showroom, around 15 immediately available USM Haller pre-owned configurations are ready, such as shelves, sideboards or mobile pedestals. The furniture is certified, inspected, at least twenty percent cheaper than new furniture, and is suitable for living spaces and home offices.
