Fredericia
Fredericia was founded in 1911 and is one of the influential manufacturers of Danish modernism. In close collaboration with Børge Mogensen, Fredericia created furniture that continues to be manufactured today. The «Spanish Chair» (1958) combines a solid oak frame with adjustable saddle leather straps. The «J39 People’s Chair» (1947) translates the Windsor type into a streamlined serial production model. The «Trinidad Chair» by Nanna Ditzel features precise cut-outs in a moulded wooden shell. Manufacturing is carried out in Denmark, focusing on solid wood and durable materials.
At teo jakob, Fredericia originals such as the «Spanish Chair» or «J39» are showcased in the showrooms. Various woods, finishes and leather qualities can be sampled. The furniture is defined specifically for each project for dining areas, lounges or hospitality projects, and used as Danish design classics.show moreshow less
