teo jakob has its own logistics centres in Zurich, Bern and Geneva and organises precisely scheduled processes, from individual pieces of furniture to the furnishing of entire commercial buildings. Furniture, lighting systems, carpets, curtains and acoustic elements are professionally delivered and installed in the respective space.

Systematic Installation
The assembly teams install USM furniture, room-in-room systems, lighting and curtain solutions precisely and in a manner appropriate to the particular materials. This includes individual adjustments on site, the installation of bespoke elements and co-ordination of electrical, painting or joinery work. For large-scale projects, the installation service is co-ordinated with other suppliers and authorities so that furnishing and refurbishment processes run smoothly without disruption. Our services include cross-brand furniture assembly, acoustic element installation and installations in the context of interior architecture.

Expansion
Furnishings remain flexible. teo jakob undertakes modifications and enhancements, for example to USM shelving, upholstered furniture, lighting systems or acoustic solutions, and implements them in a modular and timely manner. Adaptations for relocations, new requirements or changes in colour schemes are possible even years after purchase. Configuration, delivery and implementation are managed by a single provider and adhere to the standards of professional furniture assembly in Switzerland.
Maintenance
Our after-sales service supports furniture and materials throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes care recommendations for wood, leather, upholstery and textiles, the organisation of spare parts for designer furniture, repairs, textile replacement, as well as the retrofitting of technical components. Lighting systems and acoustic elements are also serviced. Clients also receive an introduction to the handling and care of the delivered items to ensure their long-term use.
Long-lasting Partnership
Many pieces of furniture remain expandable for decades. teo jakob provides extensions, alterations and replacement parts, and collaborates closely with manufacturers such as USM, Vitra, Occhio, Minotti and Cassina. This results in expert support that extends well beyond delivery. We can also arrange for the professional removal and disposal of existing furniture upon request. This is a service that is particularly in demand for corporate relocations or redesigns.
