Living in Zug with Panoramic Views

A city flat with floor-to-ceiling windows offers a view from the terrace towards Rigi and Pilatus. The furnishings by teo jakob seamlessly integrate the living areas and outdoor areas into a cohesive set of spaces.

In the centrally located flat near Zug station, a living concept was developed that creatively interweaves the interior and exterior spaces. The Patio Lounge by Minotti on the terrace draws on the lines of the «Lawrence» sofa combination. Above the solid wooden «Bridge» dining table by Studio by Mobimex, the Occhio «Mito» pendant light refines the atmosphere with an adjustable colour temperature.

The «Lawrence» sofa combination, designed in 2015 by Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti, forms the centre of the living area. Its tranquil geometry clearly defines the seating area within.

The «Bridge» dining table, designed in 2018 by Markus Jehs and Jürgen Laub for Studio by Mobimex, features a solid wooden top in a boat-shaped, rectangular-oval form with softly rounded edges.

The «Bell Coffee Table», designed by Sebastian Herkner for ClassiCon in 2012, turns the conventional use of materials on its head: a coloured, transparent, mouth-blown glass base supports a metal disc as the tabletop.

«With this project, we wanted not only to frame the spectacular view, but to make it the guiding theme of the interior design. With a carefully curated selection from Minotti, Mobimex, Occhio and Schramm, we blend the interior and exterior spaces into a welcoming stage where everyday life and special moments equally feel perfectly natural.»
