Les Campanules Residential Care Home

teo jakob developed a furnishing concept for the Les Campanules Residential Care Home in Geneva that harmonises comfort, functionality and aesthetics. In communal spaces, a warm and durable interior was created that promotes safety, autonomy and interaction.

The residential care home comprises 164 residences and numerous communal areas. The architecture is by Ruffieux-Chehab Architectes, Fribourg, and Atelier March, Geneva. The aim was to create a stimulating living environment that offers residents security and mobility while also promoting social interaction. In particular, the restaurant and drawing room were designed as central meeting places and exude a warm, inviting atmosphere thanks to the choice of materials and furnishings.

The «haefeli 1-795a» chair, designed by Max Ernst Haefeli (1916–1983) for horgenglarus, is paired with a table from the «rq light» series by horgenglarus, embodying durable, timeless Swiss design.

The «Seley» armchair, designed by Frédéric Dedelley (born in 1971) for horgenglarus, stands out for its clear design language, excellent seating comfort and lasting quality.

The «Seley» bench, designed by Frédéric Dedelley (born in 1971) for horgenglarus, is paired with the «Flowerpot» light, designed in 1968 by Verner Panton (1926–1998) for &Tradition, adding a cosy touch.

The «haefeli» chair collection, designed by Max Ernst Haefeli (1916–1983) for horgenglarus, is combined with a bistro table from the «rq light» series by horgenglarus and represents timeless, durable Swiss design.
